1. Return & Exchange Period

At ShobiShop.pk, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
For unstitched suits: The fabric must not be cut or stitched. Once the fabric is cut, we cannot accept the return.
The price tag and brand labels must be intact.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item Sent

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong design/color (which rarely happens), we apologize!

Please record a short video while opening the parcel (Unboxing Video) as proof.
Send the video and order details to our WhatsApp or Email.
We will replace the item free of cost, and we will bear the delivery charges.

4. Change of Mind

If you simply wish to exchange the product because you didn’t like the color or design:

You can exchange it for another item of the same value.
In this case, the customer will pay the courier charges for sending the item back to us.

5. Refund Policy

We generally offer an Exchange or Store Credit (voucher) for future purchases. Cash refunds are only processed if the item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
