The Shipping Policy

1. Trusted Delivery Partner We are proud to partner with TCS (Pvt) Ltd., Pakistan’s most reliable courier service, to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sanghar, Sindh.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Order Processing: We process and pack your order within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 1-2 days depending on TCS coverage.
Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Rate: We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 199 all over Pakistan.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to TCS, we will send you a Tracking Number (CN Number) via SMS or Email.
You can track your parcel anytime by visiting the TCS website: https://www.tcsexpress.com/tracking

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services nationwide.
Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the TCS rider to avoid any inconvenience.
Important: The rider will not allow you to open the parcel before payment. This is a standard policy of courier companies.

6. Damaged or Open Parcels

If you receive a parcel that looks tampered with, opened, or significantly damaged, please DO NOT accept it from the TCS rider.
Ask the rider to return it and contact us immediately at (92) 332 2158072. We will send you a replacement.

7. Incomplete Address / Failed Delivery

Please provide a complete address with a nearby landmark and an active phone number.
TCS will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you are unavailable, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
