1. Introduction Welcome to ShobiShop.pk. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or shopping on ShobiShop.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“We”, “Us”, “Our”: Refers to ShobiShop.pk, based in Sanghar, Sindh, Pakistan.
“You”, “Customer”: Refers to the user or visitor of our website.

2. Products & Accuracy

Product Description: We specialize in unstitched branded lawn suits (2-piece and 3-piece). We make every effort to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible.
Disclaimer: Please note that the actual color of the fabric may vary slightly from the images due to professional photography lighting or your screen’s display settings. Such minor variations are not considered defects.
Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a replacement or cancel the order.

3. Ordering & Pricing

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email/message. However, the order is only confirmed once we verify your details (especially for Cash on Delivery).
Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or if the customer’s contact details are unverified.

4. Payment Policy

We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan.
You agree to pay the full amount (Product Price + Delivery Charges) to the courier rider at the time of delivery.
For large orders, we may request a partial advance payment via bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa for security.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time: We usually deliver within 3 to 5 working days nationwide.
Charges: Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Couriers: We use third-party courier services (e.g., TCS, Leopards, Call Courier). We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

Condition: Returns are only accepted if the fabric is uncut, unstitched, and in original condition.
Timeframe: Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and software, is the property of ShobiShop.pk. You may not use our images or brand name for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShobiShop.pk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or our products.
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sanghar, Sindh.
